You can request deletion of your GritSaga account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Open GritSaga and go to Profile → “Delete My Account”. This immediately deactivates your account and starts the deletion process.
Email hey@gritsaga.com from the address on the account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include your username if you know it. We’ll confirm your identity and process the request within 7 days.
Deleted data is held for a 90-day grace period so an accidental deletion can be recovered, then permanently erased. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Deleting your GritSaga account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately through your device’s subscription settings to stop billing.
