Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS, open your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play account settings under Subscriptions. Cancel there and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
First check your spam or junk folder, since confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it still hasn't arrived, tap the Resend button on the login screen to send a fresh confirmation.
